Last night I went for Poiesis, a poetry slam, which is a fascinating concept. Not that I could ever dare to do the same myself – standing on a stage to perform my poem is quite daunting to me. But if you guys are interested in going to watch (we could go together), there’s a monthly poetry slam (free event) at Blu Jaz, 11 Bali Lane, 2000 – 2200, last Thursday of every month. The Budding Writers League was there yesterday as well. I’ve added my name to their contact list, and you can join them if you want.
